Wyoming faces significant capacity gaps in STEM education, particularly among Native American youth. With only 12 public school districts serving the state's 22 federally recognized Native American tribes, there is a pressing need for innovative partnerships that can expand STEM education opportunities. The Native American STEM Education Alliance grant aims to address this challenge by supporting research-practice partnerships between the University of Wyoming and tribal organizations.
