The individuals most impacted by these barriers often reside in Wyoming's remote frontier counties, where the average travel distance to a camp is over 50 miles. Low-income families, youth from single-parent households, and those living in economically disadvantaged communities face the greatest challenges when it comes to accessing Scouting programs.
